hi could somebody please tell me why my canon smartbase mp360s is not printing, the inks are full and it moves like it is printing but nothindg is coming out on the paper.it did start to print pink before all this

Hi,

Have you cleaned the printer heads?? This is often the cas that the ink drys up and the printer heads need cleaning again for the ink to come through. Are you using Canons inks or conpatabiles?
