Printer prints just a half page vertically

Our printer just prints half a document vertically and it
is not because we are out of ink. Can anyone help in
solving this problem?

Also, when trying to enter a security, we cannot get in
by using the regular key pad. We have to use the numbers
at the top of the keyboard and then, when we do get
entry, that is when the printer just prints half a page.
