Hello,

55 win 2k SP4 workstations on LAN.

192.168.0.30 ( Print server ) HP connected using USB.

192.168.0.50 ( Reception machine )

Printer is being used to print porn and other junk. I want to have a yes /
no box or something to pop up on 192.168.0.50 ( Reception machine ) asking
yes or no to allow or reject prints, whenever print commands are given
anywhere from the network. I think i might need some third party utility to
do this, but i would prefer something in windows itself.
TIA.

Not sure how you could get it to prompt, but you could pause the printer and
have the print que open on the Reception machine so that you can see when a
job goes into the que and then either un-pause or delete the job as needed.

Windows has no such feature. You can allow or deny printing but you can't
make it "prompted".
