Printer Parameters

I have a Lexmark X1185 all-in-one installed. However, I
keep getting the message that the parameters aren't
configured for this printer. There's a microsoft office
image writer icon in my printer/scanner list. Should I
delete that entirely so the printer parameters will work
for the Lexmark?

I am having the same problem. my hp psc 1315 all in one

series wont install. software installs but half way
through I get an error message saying the parameters are
incorrect. what does this mean and what can I do\? I sure
hope some one can help . good luck and if I find out Ill
be sure to let you know what Ive learned.by the way I run
windows xp
