printer notification not working

hi ,
i have Windows 2003 printer server , and XP clients

i have followed all the steps in KB to setup the option "Notify when remote
documents are printed" and checked the registry keys as well, all seems right,

however, my clients are still not recieving notifications..

any help is appreciated

I have pure Win2k network, and they work fine. Could it be the XP
firewall or other security setting is blocking the popup?
