C Cari \(MS-MVP\) Apr 3, 2006 #4 Usually caused by a previous paper jam and a small piece of paper not being removed. Can also be caused by rollers which need cleaning. Solution #1.... use magnifying glass and flashlight to ensure all previous paper jam remnants have been removed. Solution #2.... there is a cleaning solution available at your PC store... Solution #3... if you feel it's not worth spending $s on, replace the printer.
