Hello.
I'm using TS in Aplication mode.
Our financial software needs a print configuration inside (just the name of
printer and kind of paper).
When we connect with TS it assign a default user print. The name of this
printer is: "Name of printer" + "/session n" where session is a number of
session.
I set my soft this name, but, if the "/session n" was changed, we cant print
in our financial system because the name its different from the previous
one.

How I can fix this?

Thank You
Guillermo

I ran into the same problem with Solomon IV. The printer
name changes every time, the user logs in.
The solution was to make program use the DEFAULT printer.
When the user loggs in, the terminal printer is the
default printer.
If you can make your application to select the dafault
printer, then everything will be ok.

Another solution is to share users printer and set it up
manually in his terminal session. The the printer name
won't change.
The drawback is that the printing is rather slow (although
it depends on connection).

Igor, Thanks for Your reply.
I can't do this. I need to make the printer name doesn't change.

IGOR:

You say:
" Another solution is to shar users printer and set it up manually in his
terminal session. The the printer name won't change.

connection)."

I need to share it in windows 2000 or in client pc?

Igor:

if the user close the session and get in again TS add a new printer with
/session nn
