Printer Memory problems

Hey all,

We have just bought a batch of 12 Dell PC's and each of
them all seem to have the same problem. Straight out of
the box, when ever you access the printers from
start->printers it throws up an explorer.exe error
Instruction at "0x77f52bba" referenced memory
at "0x007000036". The memory could not be written.

But if you go via start->control panel->printers the
error is not received but we get intermittent print
spooler failures explorer/desktop crashes.

I have done a re-install on one of the PC's but after a
little bit this problem comes right back.

Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

They're new? They're Dell's?
Call up Dell. Their technical support is usually fast and courteous,
especially if you prepare your spill first.

Have the Express Service Code and Serial Number of at least one of the
machines in question - all 12 would be better.

Have the order date readily available.

Have all things you have tried and the exact error message ready.

Already have ran the Dell Diagnostics to check for memory errors and such.

(But Get Ready for them to want you to do it again otr send someone out to
do it for you.)

Have any and all errors you have seen written down to read to them in
excruciating detail.
