Printer Jibberish

i have got a HP laserjet 3030 and an epson photo 830. Every time i print
something with the epson, about 5 seconds later the epson has finished
printing, the hp prints out a page with just a little arrow then a smiley
face . Can you please help me to resolve this question

Uninstall and reinstall both printers.
