Printer holds info in "queue"

Until today my printer worked fine. Now it
won't print anything. when I check
under "my computer", all the documents
are in the queue. I can't get the
computer to test print either. What is the
problem?
 
Hi Cheryl,

I suggest two things, first in the printer que make sure
your printer is not paused, or try pausing and
unpausing. If that is ok, check all of the connections
and make sure nothing came unplugged. If that is ok, I
suggest restoring to an earlier date: START>CONTROL
PANEL>PERFORMANCE AND MAINTENANCE>RESTORE. One word of
caution though, any software that you installed after the
date yourestore to will be lost and you will have to
download/reinstall that software. Hope that helps, email
