Printer for all users

Hi,

How can I set-up a printer on one pc and have it
available for all users who log-in with there ID and not
have to re-install the printer driver everytime a
different user logs in.

I forgot to mention that it is a network printer that I
want to set-up for everyone log-in in to this pc.
