Hello

Where I can get firmware programme to printer?

I have on printer's dispaly message "Image Wait"
which means , as is written in printer manual, that
printer firmware has been damaged.

Is this possible to repair this printer by myself ?

Some printers can re-establish a copy of the firmware by shutting them
down and unplugging them for several hours and then restarting them.

If that doesn't work, you may need to get hold of some proprietary
software to rewrite the firmware.

However, I would check with the manufacturer to make sure the notice you
are getting is indeed a firmware error.
