Maybe you could expend the effort to search the archives since the
question is asked almost every other day.

In short, none. All modern printers, and most older ones have over
priced consumables. The only way to manage cost is to refill
cartridges, it really is as simple as that. As a very general rule,
home printers are the least expensive to purchase but have the highest
running cost whereas 'office' or 'professional' printers cost
considerably more to purchase but have lower running costs. Hence if
you print high volumes a 'office type' printer is the cheapest whereas
for low volumes a home printer will be the cheapest.

If the latest and greatest is not of concern, 'ebay' is the way to go!

But you must sacrifice print quality, accept more rapid fading, and
subject your printhead to a greater risk of clogging.

I have an Office Printer and the ink costs still are high.
