If you kept the printer connected during the upgrade to XP then the drivers
have become corrupted. Uninstall and reinstall the printer completely
using: http://www.coribright.com/windows/Article One.htm
After the reboot, use the Add Printer Wizard to install the printer. the
drivers are built into XP.
