Printer Disappearing

Hi,

Never heard of this before, my uncle says he can print on his computer no bother, but when he turns it off and back on, the drivers have gone and he has to reinstall the drivers everytime. I can imagine this is very annoying!!

Any ideas?

Dont know, i havn't seen any of it, i just got my dad saying my uncles computer is doing it!! Sorry. Any ideas anyway? I'll try and find out.
