printer default not saving

Hello
i wasnt sure where to post this?
i have pc on windows xp, running on a network, i have just swapped pc.
every time i turn pc on i have to go into printers from settings and set my epson rx500 three in one as my default printer is there a way of making this printer stay on my default printer.sometimes we still use the other printer

Does not "right-click set as default" work?

yes but as soon as turn pc off it resets itself

Un-install all printers ... install the Epson first then reboot & check it out ... then re-install any other printers one at a time.

Make sure you install all the printers as per their respective instructions.
