I read in the Printers Forum, from a Marie, who had spent hours talking to a
Dell rep. I had just spent hours talking to a HP rep about the same problem.
a carey suggested this>>
1. Go to Start > Settings > Printers and Faxes
2. From the Toolbar select: File > Server Properties > Forms
3. Make your desired settings, click Apply.
,,, which didn't work for me.

Mozilla Firefox has a shrink to fit setting in the Print Preview.
Internet Explorer does not have that feature. All laser or inkjet
printers will cut off documents at the right margin. It is the
nature of the beast.
which sounds believable..
so... my question is how do I getrid up piece of junk XP, and get this
Mozilla thingy???

You can download Mozilla Firefox. Do a Google search for it. Internet
Explorer 7 should have a shrink to fit feature because the Beta 2 version
has it. You can set Program Access and Defaults from Control
Panel-Add/Remove Programs to use a browser other than Internet Explorer as
the default browser.

I've just checked in Firefox print preview. Shrink to fit chopped off some
on the right, but trying different percentages got it all to fit, and it
printed that way -- thank goodness!
