I have HP Officejet 710, OS XP, and whenever I print a page from a website,
the bottom of the page containing the website name and address is cut in
half, so that I cannot read where I got this material. I have tried
adjusting the settings, but nothing I do makes a difference.

Does anyone know what causes this, or has experienced and fixed it?

I appreciate any help suggested,
Thanks,
San

when you're on the page you want to print, select file
from the menue on top, select print option. Then when
your print box opens, select printing preferences. Check
to see what size paper you have selected. Is it a
standard 8 1/2 x 11? The other thing is check to see if
the web page has the option to view a printable version
of the page (usually at the bottom of the web page).
Click on that and then print. everything should fit on a
standard size page.

Yes, the paper size selected is 8 1/2x11, and I do have print preview, which
only shows how many pages it will take.
There is enough room for the whole address, but the printer, for some
reason, just cuts it in half, so it's unreadable. It didn't always do this,
maybe just the last year, or so, because I have not been able to fix it with
different adjustments. I don't know what made the difference.

But, thanks for your reply,

San
