As it happens, I use a Brother multi-function printer. But this should be a general
question: How can I create several different instances of a printer in order to select the
setup that I need? In other words, one for draft, 1 for reports and general printing and
one for photo? I tried a driver very close in model number but that failed to work.

Have you tried adding the printer using a slightly different name? I
don't know if your printer requires a driver installation program that
won't allow this to happen or not.

Thanks, Michael and DL. You are correct and I have done that in the past. Problem is, I
can't find the actual .ini file on the disk. Maybe I can download it from HQ.
