Printer can't be found on network printserver

I have a Konica-Minolta 2300W color laser printer (USB or
Parallel). I tired to hook the printer up to my linksys
print server via USB and I can't print to the printer.

I talked to Minolta support and they say they don't support
the use of print servers.

I have never heard of a printer that can't be printed to
through a network print server. Is this possible? And is
there a way around the problem?

I am at an end on this one...

Which model print server? Have you used another printer with it
successfully?
I assume you installed the printer properly. Have you checked with linksys
support?
