Hallo,

I get a "There was a problem retrieving printer information for this object.
The object may have been sent to a printer that is unavailable." message. I
cannot access the design view etc. How can i repair this?

Thanx for any tips!

Thanx for the response!

No effect using the suggestion in the KB articles. I removed all the
printers, shutdown and added the printers again. Defined the default
printer. No effect. In the same database i can open some reports but others
give the error as stated.

Anymore suggestions....

None of those 4 approaches worked?

I wonder if it could be another problem caused by NameAutocorrect.

Try this:
1. Create a new (blank) database.

2. Uncheck the boxes under Tools | Options | General | Name Autocorrect.

3. Import all objects from your problem database: File | Get External |
Import.

I've only seen messages like this when there are no printers installed. Set
up a printer, any printer, and this should go away.
