printer and other problems

i am a new vista business user. i have 3 main problems: 1. excell
spreadsheets sometimes don't open - only a light blue screen. 2. the system
crashes 1, 2 or even 3 times a day just a black [or very dark blue] screen 3.
worst of all my hp3313 printer was working fine but suddnly disappeared and
is no longer listed. pls help!

For the Excel problem, ask the Excel gurus in their relevant
newsgroup/forum.

For the display issue, ensure you have the most recent drivers for your
graphics card.

For the printer issue, uninstall and reinstall using the most recent
software from the HP website.
