Does XP Pro have a way of listing all the files in a folder? I want a
printable list.

Yes. See the following article for the step by step instructions to add a
Print Directory to the right click menu for folders.

But if one follows the steps listed folders may no longer open when dbl clicked due to a bug in that dialog. They need to type
regsvr32 /i shell32
after following those steps to repair XP.
 
The KB now covers it (proactive KB) David :o)
