Hi there

I want to print a textbox(memo) at the end of every report
on a new page. The text feild is one of many feilds of the
table with several records. I have numbers and have
several textbox above the textbox(memo).But i want to
print the textbox only one at the end of the report.

I appreciate your time and want to apologize for some
incomplete information i provided last time.

I still don't understand where the memo is coming from. Is
it in the report's record source table/query or is it in
another table. Is the question how to find the right memo's
record? If so, what is the criteria for selecting the
correct record?

Or is the question how to get the text box on a separate
page? If so, maybe you can use the report footer section
and set it's ForceNewPage property. If not that, then try
inserting a page break control just above the text box.
