Print without header/footer on IE

Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to dynamically set the
header/footer off on IE by using VBScript, JAVA or
JavaScript when print a specific article?
 
turn off the header/footer in ie6
file button and select page set-up option.
click [?] in corner and click headers/footers box
to see what is used.
 
This is not what I want. I want control by program when I
design a web page, not for the IE browser menu function.
