Bonnie,

If you are printing in Black & White or Grayscale you can change your
settings. You'll find these options under the View tab. Once there, select
the object that you don't want to print and change the setting to Don't Show.

I should have mentioned that I am using PowerPoint 2003. I could not find an
option for not printing the clip art or graphics.

Bonnie,

There is no option "not to print clip art." However, a work around for you
-- and this will only work if you are printing in B&W or Grayscale -- is to
do this:

1. Select the clip art that you don't want to print.
2. Go to View > Color / Grayscale
3. Choose Pure Black and White
4. In the Grayscale dialog menu that appears (it's small, you might miss it)
select Settings > Don't show.
5.Close Black and White view

These changes will not affect color at all. But if you print in grayscale
or black and white, the clip art will be gone.

Thank you. We were hoping for a solution to fix all of the graphics at once.

Your information was interesting, though.
