Hi
Wonder if anyone can help with this, have looked in previous threads but to
no avail
I have on sheet, with data in the first say 6 columns and then in the seventh
column and say the 5th row down, have selected freeze frame. The next colums
have data in them, say up to column AA, but will increase the colums as more
data is added

Q. how can I set this sheet up ,in order that the operator can print the
actual cells that are visible on the screen, and not print those that are
hidden owing to scrolling along the columns. I am aware of the
edit/goto/special/visible cells only, but looking for quicker/foolproof. Is
there a macro that can take care of the moving parameters?
Hope i have explained enough and thanks in advance

regards

From the question:
Select the area, File Print, selection

Or for a screen image Print Screen,
paste into word.

You kind of lost me visible on the screen without scrolling

From the Title:
File, Page Setup..., Sheet
Rows to repeat at top $1:$1
Columns to repeat at left $A:$A

thanks david,

You have given me another option which I did not think of - Screen print-
which is exacly what i require. I think i over complicated things with
macro's etc.

regards

Brian
