Print windows explorer directories and searches using XP

Two questions:
1. How do you print a list of directories and folders
using windows explorer?
2. How do you print the results of a search? For
example, my companies network has many different folder
with access databases placed everywhere. I performed a
search for mdb files, and my list was >200. I don't want
to use the print screen function as my list is too big!
