I've created a db with reports that print on legal paper.
On others' computers, the reports are truncated on letter
paper. Don't want all 150 users to reformat 20 reports
each. Help.

You need to give some details -- do the other users have the same type
printer as the machine on which the report was developed? do they, in fact,
have legal size paper loaded? should one multiple paper trays be selected
automatically, one that contains legal paper? have you checked the printer
settings on the computers where you have the problem? if so, how are they
different from the printer settings on the development machine, if at all?
what version of Access? what Service Packs are installed for Access? this
might be an Access issue, or it might be a Windows printing issue, or it
might be a printer driver issue. Without some information, I don't think
anyone can even guess at what the problem is...
