Print / View of Saturday and Sunday cf. Weekdays

how do I make saturday and sunday appear same as weekdays in outlook monthly
view and print out, rather than them being given just half the space of
weekdays?
 
Right click in an empty space in the calendar, select more settings, and
uncheck compress weekend days.
