print to file

Simple,

Start > Printers & Faxes > Click add new printer > click
next to continue > check the radio button for local
printer (be sure the Automatically detect box is
UNCHECKED) click next > click the drop down arrow for
the "Use the following port:" and the choose "Print to
File"
