Print to file

I have a workbook with 5 pages ( I apologize if those are not the right
terms )

1 for "Reference tables"
1 for "Invoice data Entry"
1 for "Job Pending & Completion List"
1 for "Print Invoice"
1 for "Summary Statistics"

The one I'm concerned with is the "Print Invoice". Is it possible to
print this page to a file that can be saved on my computer. I would like
just this page and not the whole workbook.

I tried by using the "Print to File" in my printer's properties; it did
save a file in My Documents; but I can't open it in anything that is
readable!
 
I'm not sure if this is what you want, but...

Try selecting the "print invoice" worksheet.
Then File|saveas
and choose "Formatted Text (space delimited)(*.prn)" in the "save as type" box.

This will create a plain old text file that can be read in a text editor program
(like NotePad).

If you really want a new workbook with just that sheet, you can:
Select the "print invoice" worksheet.
Edit|Move or copy sheet
Copy the sheet to a new workbook
Save that new workbook (with a different name!)
 
Get yourself a .PDF 'printer' that will create a .PDF file from your
Invoices page.

I use eDocPrinter PDf Pro. Simple, inexpensive and multi-featured. I
believe it includes password protection. PDFs as a rule have that
ability.

I have looked at both replies/suggestions and they will both work.

I tried saving the "Invoice" with in the file format "CSV" and it saves
and displays nicely in Excel.

I downloaded a PDF program and it also saves and displays nicely in Adobe.

Now that I know how to "Print to File'; this is what I would like to do;
if it is possible. I don't print my invoices; I fax them directly to my
employer. When a invoice is selected and faxed I would like to be able
to press a button (macro) and have it faxed and saved by which ever
method I decide on. The problem that I see is saving these files with
the proper file name ( Invoice number )

Me thinks I'm asking for to much!!!

Note: I wouldn't have this problem if my new All-In-One Hp printer would
record the faxes sent. My old Hp All-In-One did; but I guess Hp decided
in all their wisdom; this was not necessary anymore!
 
I don't have a guess. Maybe it would be better to ask on a forum dedicated to
HP and your model of printer/fax machine.

I'm working on it myself as we speak. If I have a problem I will post
