Print to file from ms-dos

I'm using an old in-house ms-dos program and I want to create pdf's. How can
I print to file in ms-dos so that I can use Distiller to produce the pdf?

you may want to have a look at Printfil, which allows your DOS app. printing
to any Windows printer (including Distiller) and much more.
