I have a need to print a report to a file in a shared directory. This file
could be picked up in a remote location and printed or viewed. Is there a
way with in MS Office to accomplish this task? Both computers are running MS
Office 2000 and the application creating the report is MS Office Access. I
have tried to print to file, but when I look I get all the printer commands.
I found a way with a batch file to do it in Windows 95, 98. Does anyone know
if this will work?

How is this related to Microsoft Office Outlook?

Anyway, I would install a postscript printer driver for this.
