Print title of appointment

When I print out a single scheduled appointment I see a name across the top
of the page. Sometimes it is my wife's name and sometimes it is my name.
That makes it very confusing at times.

How do I know what name, or how do I block, the name listed at the top when
printing ? It just doesn't appear to be a setting I can control. Why would
Outlook assign appointments to different people???

I don't see any instructions or explanation for this anywhere.
