print task pad only

about half of the task pad items are cut off so the entire task cannot be
seen when printed out - I need to be able to view the entire task on paper
 
why not print the tasks from the tasks folder?

Sorry, Diane, I guess I should have been more specific. I need the calendar
AND the task pad printed on the same sheet as they appear on the screen. I
have tried playing with the size before printing to no avail.

And you checked the option to print the taskpad? Is your taskpad folder set
to show details?

When you say half the items are cut off, do you mean that entire columns are
missing? Or that the data in the columns is truncated?

For the first case, if you are using Outlook 2003, try this:

Right click on the Task Pad
From the pop up menu select "Task Pad Settings" then "Other Settings..."
Near the top will be a check box labeled "Automatic column sizing". Click so
that it is checked, then click the OK button at the bottom.
I do not know if this works for other versions.

If it is truncated data - for example, "Contact Mary about the trip to
Washington" prints as "Contact Mary about t...", can you decrease the print
font size?
