Print table's fields

Hi All,
How Can I Print table's fields with their's Description ?

I would appreciate any help I can Get.

There is a simple demonstration at:

The code prints the field name, type, size and description to the Immediate
window.

There is a Documenter under Tools | Analyse, but it's not good at the
Description.
