Hi there
I tried to print a document and I am unable too.
The message I get is " Print spooler not in service"
How can I get it going again ?
I am a computer novice and need detailed instruction on
how to fix this problem.
It won't even let me remove or add another printer....
HELP>>>>
 
Hi, Julia

to start the print spooler, Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools and
double click Services. Scroll down until you see the Print Spooler entry,
right click and select start. You can also choose to start this service
automatically when Windows starts here.
