L LD55ZRA Apr 5, 2010 #2 Try Admin tools>services>print spooler right click on it and select properties set to automatic Also make sure (RPC) Remote Proceedure Call is also runnung. Please note none of these tasks is going to help you with your Outlook problems so don't complain here about it. hth

Expand "Services and Applicaitons". Select Services. Click on "Print Spooler" and click the Start button.
