I can't reinstall my printer because my print spooler is
not runnig or working properly. I have no idea what to
do to fix this problem

if you see a printer icon by your clock...open it (right click) and cancel
all print jobs that may be jammed ...reboot and try again ..sometimes that
works ...if not, reinstall your drivers again

You will need to enable the "Print Spooler" service. Its normally enabled
by default.

To enable the service again:

Start > Run > type in services.msc click OK
this will open the Services windows, look for the service Print Spoolerin
the list, right click it and select Properties
Set startup type to Automatic and click Apply (service will now start every
time windows starts up)
click on the Start button to start the service
you should now have your printers back and install/reinstall then if needed

If this doesnt fix it just reply back, there may be another solution.

oops, "Print Spoolerin" should be "Print Spooler in"

To enable the service again:

Start > Run > type in services.msc click OK
this will open the Services windows, look for the service Print Spooler in
the list, right click it and select Properties
Set startup type to Automatic and click Apply (service will now start every
time windows starts up)
click on the Start button to start the service
you should now have your printers back and install/reinstall then if needed

If this doesnt fix it just reply back, there may be another solution.
