D Danny Oct 15, 2003 #1 Is there any way to automate the restarting of the spooler service? Any reply would be appreciated.
A Alan Morris\(MSFT\) Oct 17, 2003 #2 Yes Can't find a good KB article at Microsoft.com but Start / Programs / Administrative Tools / Services Locate Print Spooler and open properties There is a Recover tab on the service. Change the action to Restart the Service. You can have a different action for the 1st, 2nd and subsequent failure -- Alan Morris Microsoft Printing Team Search the Microsoft Knowledge Base here: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;[ln];kbhowto This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
