When a user logs on through terminal services and prints,
it stops my print spooler. I lose all printers listed,
and need to restart the print spooler by going through
services.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this would happen?
Thank you for the help.

Most likely because they're using a printer driver that is not compatible
with Terminal Server, i.e. 3rd party driver that you loaded from the CD that
came with the printer, or that you downloaded from the Internet. Also good
to set the Printer Spooler to restart on failure. The following URL should
answer all of your printing questions.

Do you have any HP 1100/1200 printers or other USB
printers on your TS clients? We do......they are
horrible - they cause the spooler to stop REGULARLY. We
had to set the spooler to restart after failure.
