This issue has come up before where I work but I can't
remember if Microsoft had a specific resolution.
The print spooler on a persons pc will simply stop. You
can go in and manually set it to Start and it will work for
a bit but after a few minutes it stops again. The service
is set to start Automatically at start up.
I know that if you reboot the machine the service will
start but it will eventually stop working.
The only option that our techs have is to reinstall the OS
and our associated applications.
