Print spooler service update.

I'm still having trouble installing a Lexmark Z65
printer. I did everything according to Mr Sanderson's
article as advised but when I tried to start the spooler
in the Command Prompt I got the following message -
"System error 5 has occurred. Access is denied."
Also, my computer won't let me open anything in
Administrative Tools.
Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks again.
 
I've done that, thanks, but no joy - I got the same
message.

log off then log back in with a user that has administrative privilege
