I am getting the message on my windows 2k server with sp4
loaded "The Print Spooler service terminated unexpectedly".
When I loaded sp4 print spooler is going down daily. I
have Citrix Metraframe XP loaded on top of this server.
Any Ideas?

Check if one of these post-SP4 hotfixes applies to your situation:

Are you sure you have the correct KB article number?

I think you want the first want if you have printer spooler problems.

Anyway, you are *not* going to "find" these hotfixes. Hotfixes are
normally not available for general download. Instead, phone Microsoft
Support and ask for it. Hotfixes are free of charge, if you don't ask
other support questions during the same phone call.
