Print Spooler Service Stops

Terminal server users check their printer box and find no
printers. I check the Print Spooler Service on the
Terminal Server and found it had stopped. I then start it
and 5 min later it stops again.
Please help.
 
This is symptomatic for a non-TS-compatible printer driver.
Have you installed any 3th party printer drivers on the server? If
yes, that's the problem. Many of these drivers are unstable on TS
and cause the spooler to crash.

The way to prevent this is to uninstall all 3th party printer
drivers. Windows will try to automatically autocreate client
printer drivers, using a native driver (= a driver that is
included with the OS. Those are tested with TS).
If some printers are not autocreated, because there is no native
driver with exactly the same name, then you can map those printer
drivers to a native driver, by creating a custom ntprintsubs.inf
