print spooler service reinstall

i have a second hand pc, and i didn't get the original installation disk. how
can i reinstall missing services such as print spooler services to get my
printer to work? i verified that this is a good os install. but since i
bought this pc used, is there any way to fix this issue?
 
You'll have to go to the store and purchase a retail version of Windows XP
and perform a Repair Installation.
