My print spool service is stoping every hour. I am using
windows 2000 server and it's all patched up.
I found this article but how do I get these patches

The article does in fact describe your problem, then you can contact
Microsoft Support for the hotfix (like it says in the article
If it doesn't....maybe you could provide some more information:
- printer model(s)
- local/network printing
- first occurance of problem
