About 3 weeks ago a few of us at work started receiving
print spool errors & we'd lose our printers. I manually
start the print spooler, but I keep getting the print
spooler error message over and over again. (This is
happening on Win2K and WinXP machines.)
And now, I'm losing my fonts on my Win2K machine.

I've run 3 different anti-virus programs (no viruses
found); defraged; ran scan disk, Norton System Utility;
deleted cookies, temp files; reinstalled Windows; ran IBMs
diagnotic tests (everything Passes). I even uninstalled
Microsoft Office... & I've been staying current w/Critical
Updates.

Spooler failures are usually caused by faulting print drivers. What print
drivers are installed on the failing systems?

Are you getting a specific error?
