Is there a way to install or to make a copy of the printer
from one server to an other server. Both got the same
spooler but if one of them crash, the other take the
charge. And is there a way to install all printer from
one server to an other without having to manualy install
all of them?
thanks a lot!

Regarding your first question, what you require is a 2-node cluster, a
feature available with Windows 2000 Advanced Server.
Regarding your second question, Print Migrator is an excellent tool to
backup/restore printer configurations from server to server. Test it
carefully though, if you are using 3rd-party software (drivers, etc.) for
your printers, Print Migrator may not find them if they aren't in standard
locations.
